The finished product is OEM quality, often for half the price of buying the OEM components, and you get the opportunity to choose finish of your fiber if you’d like.

Can my order be shipped internationally?
What is the expected delivery time and shipping cost for my order?
All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. All orders shipped internationally may take up to 15 business days from the ship date to arrive. Our shipping rates varies regarding the country of delivery. You can calculate shipping costs in Shopping Cart.
Can I track my package?
Yes. When your order is shipped by Pošta Slovenije you will be sent tracking information by email. If you do not receive this then please check that your email service has not accidentally treated this as Junk.
Do you offer discount on larger orders?
For larger orders (5 or more products) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a bargain price.
Are all your carbon fiber holes predrilled?
All holes are predrilled and the products are made to fit perfectly.
Do all products have the same carbon fibre pattern?
Most of our products are made GLOSSY and have the PLAIN Weave. However, customers can choose to have either the GLOSSY or MATTE finish. Choosing Matte can cause a shipping delay of 1 day.
Compared to other manufacturers, are you products lighter?
Our products are all extremely lightweight and very beautiful.
Can I install products myself?
If you can use a screwdriver and have a general working knowledge of your bike, chances are that you can install our parts with no issues. We designed all of our products with you in mind to make it as easy as possible to install them. (We’ve also provided install guides with pictures for all the parts we sell. You can find the appropriate installation guide for each part on its product information page. If one does not exist for your bike, please let us know, and we’d be happy to help you along the way).
Do you offer fitting advice?

Can I cancel the order?
All orders are “custom” made at the time of purchase and cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
What do I do if I received my order and the package or product is damaged?
If you notice any serious damage on the package, do not open the package without the supervision of the delivery staff, so we will be able to file a potential claim with the delivery company. Please retain all packing materials and contact us at +386 (0)40 438 363 or email@example.com. We will arrange for an investigation. If possible please forward digital photos of damaged goods/packages to firstname.lastname@example.org.
